INSIDE TODAY’S EPISODE…
MEANINGFUL WORDS:
“It’s so easy to be great nowadays, because everyone else is weak. If you have ANY mental toughness, if you have any fraction of self-discipline; The ability to not want to do it, but still do it; If you can get through to doing things that you hate to do: on the other side is GREATNESS.”
― David Goggins

//THE HARD TRUTH
Remember: Life is suffering… The Buddha said, “All I teach is suffering and the end of suffering.”
//ASK AND APPLY
The question today is this: Where in your life do you lack a commitment and will to save yourself? To be your own fucking hero… Remember, no one is coming to save you and no one can do the work for you. Take a look at your work, fitness, relationships… where do you see an opportunity to be more gritty?
Once you have your answer, you must honor the work and practice the change you want to make… otherwise, what is the point?
Apply the concept: Go a little harder and a little further in anything today.
Make the hard things just a little harder… this will harden your mind or body against the disease of average. Be sure to comment on an area in your day where you did this.
